…is a year long commitment to improve the integrity and quality of my life by abstaining from purchasing anything new, all the while focusing on and showing gratitude for all that I do have in my life…..to de-clutter and make space for the important ‘stuff’ that all too often gets pushed aside in the pursuit of the material ‘stuff’.
